Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Brush the salmon with olive oil and season with salt. Place the fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet with a lid and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, mix the honey and harissa together with a whisk to make the sauce.
  4. After 10 minutes, the surface of the salmon will start to turn golden. Pour most of the honey and harissa sauce over the salmon.
  5. Bake in the oven for another 5 minutes until the glaze sets. Remove the salmon from the oven and pour the remaining glaze over it.
