Afghan Char Masala is a blend of spices widely used in Afghan cuisine. Char”” means “”four”” in Persian, and “”Masala”” means “”mixed spices. In other words, this blend contains four main basic spices.The four commonly used spices are as follows
Cumin:

Black Cardamom :
